1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Export Venue service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Your use of our Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Service Description

Export Venue is a platform that allows you to export your data from YouTube (Subscriptions, Liked Videos, Liked Music) and Google Contacts using Google's Data APIs and Google OAuth 2.0. We request read-only access to your YouTube and Contacts data along with basic profile information to secure your account. The Service retrieves your data and formats it into downloadable files (Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML, etc).

Core Features:

• Connect and authenticate with YouTube and Google via OAuth
• Fetch Subscriptions, Liked Videos, Liked Music, and Contacts data
• Export data in various formats for personal use

Service: Export Venue provides tools for exporting YouTube and Google Contacts data subject to our pricing plans and usage limits.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Eligibility and Account Creation

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain a valid Google account for YouTube data access
• Comply with all applicable laws and YouTube's Terms of Service

3.2 Account Security and Responsibilities

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

3.3 Google OAuth Authorization

To export your data, you must grant explicit permission through Google's OAuth consent screen. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. We only request the minimum necessary permissions (read-only access to your YouTube data and basic identity verification).

3.4 Payments and Billing

We use Dodo Payments as our third-party payment processor to handle all transactions for purchasing credits. By making a purchase, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service and privacy policy. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details or other financial information on our servers. You acknowledge that Export Venue is not responsible for any payment processing errors or issues arising directly from Dodo Payments.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Service
• Violation of YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's policies
• Legal requirements or to protect our rights and users

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

5. YouTube & Google Data Access and Usage Compliance

5.1 Scope of Access

• YouTube Read-Only (youtube.readonly):
  Strictly for reading your playlist, subscription, and video metadata to create your export. This scope explicitly does not allow us to modify, upload, delete, or manage any of your YouTube content.
• Contacts Read-Only (contacts.readonly):
  Strictly for reading your Google Contacts list to create your export. This scope explicitly does not allow us to modify, upload, delete, or manage any of your contacts.
• OpenID (openid): To securely authenticate your identity with Google.
• User Info Email (userinfo.email): To verify your email address for account creation and management.

5.2 Data Usage Limitations

We use your YouTube and Contacts data exclusively to:

• Provide the export functionality you requested

No Data Storage: We do not store your YouTube or Google Contacts data on our servers at any time. Data is processed in memory for the export and then discarded.

We do not use your Google data for:

• Advertising or marketing to third parties
• Any purpose beyond our stated service functionality
• Sharing with unauthorized third parties

5.3 Compliance with Google Policies

Our Service complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. We respect all YouTube community guidelines and terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

• Export your own YouTube data for personal, non-commercial purposes

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access data belonging to others without permission
• Attempt to circumvent any Service limitations
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service
• Interfere with the Service infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service content and software are the property of Export Venue. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You retain all ownership rights to your personal data and exported files.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data.
• We are not liable for actions of third parties, including Google/YouTube policy changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions must be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
